Helpline Volunteer
Provide compassionate, confidential listening support to callers experiencing emotional distress. You will be the voice that reminds someone they are not alone.
Training is provided. No prior experience required - just empathy and commitment.

Community Project Volunteer
Help bring mental health awareness into schools, workplaces, and communities across Ghana through events, outreach projects, and education.
Your presence in the community changes how people think about mental health.
- Comfortable speaking to groups
- Availability for community events
- Passion for mental health advocacy

Support Group Volunteer
Facilitate and support peer-led mental health support groups, creating safe spaces where people can share, heal, and grow together.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can offer is a safe space and a listening ear.
